How to Remove the Lens on Optronics RV Tail Light # RVST60
Question:
I have purchased two of the RVST60 trailer light units from etrailer... I keep breaking the bases white tab on the side which holds the red lens in place, trying to remove the red lens to get to the bulb... Does anyone know how to remove the lens from the base? Where are you suppose to push or pry to get this lens off?

Expert Reply:
On RV Tail Light # RVST60 there are tabs on the sides that you can manually press in/pry on gently to release the lens from the base. A small flat blade screwdriver would work well for this. The plastic base is too strong to push in with just your fingers so a tool of some kind will be needed. Once you get one side loose and off you can pull the lens off with relative ease.
