I am purchasing a Interstate cargo trailer 6x14foot single axel. I was wondering how I no which tire and wheel fits this trailer? The tire on my brochure is F78/15 BIAS.

The F78/15 stated in modern tire size terms would be a 205/75-15. When you need replacement tires, I'd recommend going with a radial tire because radials do a better job of shedding heat. Excessive heat build-up is the number one cause of blowouts and premature tire wear.
When the time comes to replace the tires, I'd recommend a Taskmaster radial tire in 205/75-15 load range C as part # TTWTRTM2057515C with a 1820 lb capacity at 50 psi or as part # TTWTRTM2257515D for a load range D with a 2540 lb capacity at 65 psi.
