I would like to know what compatible trailer tire I could use it has F78x15 tires on now

The F78-15 tire size you have is basically the exact same as the 205/75-15 tire size. The tire I would recommend to replace yours would be the # TTWTRTM2057515C because it is a radial tire which is preferred over bias-ply and because it has a higher speed rating of 81 mph where other trailer tires typically have a speed rating of 65 mph.
