First off let me say, the customer service was awesome. There was a problem with my payment and they were on the phone asap to sort it out with me!
On to the hitch.
The reason I ordered this particular hitch was because the PO had towed off the bumper and bent it down, so I needed one that didn't attach to the bumper.It fits good with room to clear the bumper.
The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating had nothing to do with the hitch at all, but a hardware issue. The square bits that fit on the top of the carriage bolts aren't big enough. I had to hold 3 of them in place with channel-locks to do the final torquing.
Installed with out lowering the spare.
Since installed the hitch has worked great.
Everything was perfect as promised. The UPS driver wasn't gone 20 minutes and it was installed and I was hooking a trailer. Service, support, price, and quality are what keep me coming back. Thank you.
I received my new hitch within 4 days of placing my order . I have know had the hitch on my truck for 1 year and after going though 4 seasons being driven almost daily , the hitch still looks like brand new. It was literally a breeze to install but I did have the use of a hoist. It does not look after market at all and am very satisfied. The e trailer has also gone out of they way to make sure that I was and still am satisfied.

The hitch still in look like brand new after going through a tough Wisconsin winter. It has met all expectations and am very satisfied. This company has shown excellent customer service as to always making sure that I was satisfied.
Very easy installation and would highly recommend this product. The mounting holes lined up perfectly! Took only 15 minutes to install on my 2000 chevy silverado. Thankyou for making a great product.
Fit perfect and easy to install. I used my hydraulic jack with a board and a couple of 2x4s to lift it in place while I installed the bolts. Worked out great.
The web site was great in helping me select the right fit, 18 inch bumper after done it was 15 inches right where I wanted it....
Used a log to hold the middle, then wired it to the bumper.... Safety
Fit perfectly and was installed by myself in about 25 minutes. Good Product.
I am 78 years old and enjoyed the Installation, took in 1.5 hours, with only problem being the factory bolts were difficult to get out because of precise size. the receiver fit perfectly. Looking forward to using it.

It has done what is supposed to do. I dont think or worry about it.

Love it. Best in the industry based on performance and price. Would recommend your product to anyone and purchase it again if I needed one.
The product was extremely easy to install. When choosing the products I ordered, I really checked out the videos showing how to install the products I purchased, and that and the price convinced me to buy from etrailer. My only complaint was the time it took to ship, 3 days from when I purchased. I gues that is kind of whiny but the site said 99 percent shipping the same day. Overall I will be back when I need to purchase items for my truck or trailer.
Received the hitch in a very timely manner. It would have been a snap to put on, however there were some missing parts......
I had to use some of my own nuts/bolts/screws to get it all secured. Would have been nice if quality control would inspect just a bit more carefully to see that all the parts are there prior to shipping. Otherwise, it was easy enough to put on and it looks good. I would recommend.

Grate condition to the hitch, had a little unknown dammage to the truck frame so I had to add some extra washers to the carrage bolt that was on the bumper support so the hitch fits perfectly now
PART CAME IN ON TIME JOB WENT VERY EASY.PART FIT VERY WELL.
Took well under 40 minutes, didn't have to remove spare tire to install, and the built in mount for wiring, installed in 15 minutes including opening box finding sockets
It bolted to frame of truck in about 10 minutes with 2 guys. It fit perfectly.
Easy to install using factory mounting points and works well.
