Four years ago I purchased a HIdden Hitch trailer hitch from etrailer.com for our 2005 Saturn VUE. It arrived promptly and etrailer's email communications were the best. The hitch installed quickly and easily following the instructions and it has worked flawlessly since. We were constantly driving back-and-forth between northern Michigan and central Ohio as we were building a house in Ohio. After four years of regular use I thought it prudent to replacement all of the hitch's attachment bolts, nuts & conical washers (the hitch itself remains in pristine condition). And so I ordered the replacement hardware kit from etrailer as well. Just as with my original order four years ago, etrailer was on top of the new order every step of the way. Etrailer.com is a spectacular resource for do-it-yourselfers like me.59084

I got the RHK hardware kit for the hitch that was given to me (by someone who used to have the same car as me). The kit included more than was needed (probably works for several kits), but everything I needed was there, and the hitch bolted right up--no problem. Thanks for checking back with me to make sure you were sending the right package before you sent it. 30998

Satisfied with the three items ordered. Received first order last Friday and it was wrong. Emailed back and said that I ordered installation kit for receiver hitch CURT 13314 and what was sent was a complete hitch. Asked what action I should take. Have not received response. Other than that, I am satisfied.29400

Amanda was extremely helpful in helping me find the correct hardware kit for a used hitch I just purchased. Since there were no decals attached to the hitch, she even offered to help me track down the manufacturer based on the serial number I provided. This was my first purchase from etrailer so if Amanda's outstanding above and beyond service is any indication on how this company takes care of their customers then I'll be back for all my towing/trailer needs.
