Ive seen this product listed as #182496 on other websites. Is your product the same? Also, does this come as a set or do I need to buy 2? Thanks!

The part 182496 is listed on our site as part # LC182496. It is the Swing Out Extension Brackets for HappiJac Truck Camper Jack Systems, and it does in fact come in a set of two. I've linked to a video review of these extension brackets for you.

Yes the Happijac swing out bracket kit part #LC182496 does work with your camper with a set of Happjac truck camper jacks and would also work/be needed for your 2021 Ram truck that is a dually.
