How to Fix a Thule Hullavator with Worn Out Struts

I need only the gas-operated struts replaced on my Hullavator........the struts I have are worn out and no longer work. Please advise

I spoke to my contact at Thule about your older Hullavator and she informed me that the struts aren't available separately.

The ONLY way to address your problem would be to go with the Replacement Arm Assembly # TH753352303 that you referenced.

The longest load bars we have that will fit the older style of Thule square bar feet is 79 inches with the Inno #IN436L.

The minimum crossbar spread to use the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Roof Rack and Lift Assist w/ Tie-Downs #TH898 is 24" apart. You can however space your crossbars up to 36" should you need to, but 24" is the minimum for safe use.
