I have a 2006 2500hd Im installing a Reese 14k fifth wheel hitch and need instructions on installing

Sounds like you are looking for installation instructions for a fifth wheel rail kit in the bed of your 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD.
If you have a universal kit like part # RP30035 check out the installation instructions I attached to the right.
In the off-chance you don't have rails yet I would recommend a custom install kit like part # RP50064-58. Custom kits install in about half the time as a universal kit and minimize drilling. I attached installation instructions plus an install video for you to check out as well.
