Does the extender accommodate a 5/8 inch nut and bolt?. We have an Allen bike rack, model 540RR that uses a nut and bolt.

Hey Ron, so we can help but the Curt anti rattle kit part #C69HR does not have a lock setup that it can be upgraded too. So best option would be to upgrade from the Curt to the part #63232 which is a similar anti-rattle device that is locking.
