Gooseneck Coupler Recommendation for a Trailer Currently with a King Pin

What is the overall length of this gooseneck coupler. I need about 19inch between the bottom of the 4 1/2inch outside do the coupler and my ball. Will this one work? My dump trailer currently has a king pin in it and I am switching to a gooseneck hitch in my new truck.

The part # BD0288660300 would not be the correct part for you since it is just an inner tube for a gooseneck coupler.

Instead you would want the Bulldog BX1 Gooseneck Coupler # BD1289030300. This is 24-1/2 inches in height when fully retracted but could easily be trimmed down shorter to 19 inches.
