Will the dust cap driver -Dust Cap Driver Tool - Medium - for 2.440inch OD Grease Caps - fit over the dust caps for EZ Lube axles with the rubber plug, or just the solid caps? Thanks

As long as the dust cap on your hub has a 2.44 inch outer diameter the Dust Cap Driver Tool part # 290-992 that you referenced would work for your cap regardless if it is for a EZ lube spindle or non-EZ lube spindle.
