Question:

Im in need of a Propane regulator for my 2019 Solitude 373 FB model. But see two regulators for different prices. Can you advise me what the differences are? Part 37207-31525 Part 37207-30395 Thanks

Hey James!

Both regulators you're looking at are two-stage automatic changeover models, so they'll automatically switch to your second propane tank when the first runs empty. Both will fit your RV.

The main differences are their size and capacity:

- # 37207-31525: Compact design rated for 262,500 BTU/hr

- # 37207-30395: Larger design rated for 345,000 BTU/hr

Both have the same inlet and outlet connection sizes, but the larger model provides more capacity for running multiple propane appliances simultaneously.

For your 2019 Grand Design Solitude 373FB, I'd lean toward the full-size # 37207-30395. It's listed as a fit for your fifth wheel and gives you additional capacity, which is nice for a larger camper like yours.

That said, the compact version may also provide enough capacity for your appliances. If you can tell me your existing regulator's label numbers, I can help confirm which replacement would be best.

Used the smaller one to supply our rv's 10 gal hot water heater for showers while we had a home bathroom remodeling project under way. Worked fine and transferred between bottles seamlessly.

@DonH Thanks Don, that's great info for other folks on the page. What kind of RV / camper do you have?

@AndrewN... 2008 PonyXpress 45' Freightliner Colombia chassis. slept & bathed in it for a bit. Did this hookup to avoid using onboard LPG supply. easier to go get a 20# bottle than to unhook and drive the"Whale" 20 mi R.T. to Tractor supply.
