Hello Mike.

Yes, the JR Products Compact Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 37207-31525 will work just fine with your generator. This regulator has a 262,500 Btu rating.

Is the btu rating the same for the primary and reserve tank?

@Mike Glad you brought that up. The reserve tank is actually rated for 210,000 Btu. If that is not high enough for you on the reserve, I would suggest going with the JR Products Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 37207-30395. This one is rated at 345,000 Btu, and the reserve is rated at 260,000 Btu.

Won't 345,000 be to high for my generator? Based on the information you have provided it seems that as long as I have a regulator that provides at is at least 200,000 btu/hr, but not less than, it should work. The Camco is 210,000 on the primary and 130,000 on the reserve and may not provide enough propane when it changes to the reserve. Is this correct, or does it mater, as long as it provides 11 inches water column? Will any one of these work the same?

@Mike You can always go higher than what you need. The reason why you don't want to go lower is so that you don't max out on what you need to run the appliance (generator). So if you are using a lower rated regualtor and it didn't have enough Btu then you wouldn't be able to use that appliance/appliances. Going with the higher rated one won't cause any issues.
