Hi Alex!
The Trailer Valet Electric Jack w/ Tongue Weight Scale - A-Frame - Milwaukee Compatible - 3,500 lbs # TV59ZR will specifically use the M18 Milwaukee batteries. The M4 and M12 are not currently supported, and I'm not sure they would have enough power to get the jack to function properly. So as of now, the M18 is going to be the only one that will fit.
What kind of trailer are you wanting to install this on? The standard 3 bolt mounting pattern should fit almost everything.
