Direct Replacement For A Fulton F2 Trailer Jack With Wheel

Updated 09/23/2026 | Published 09/21/2026

Question:

My boat trailer has a Fulton F2 with the single fat wheel. I need a replacement that will fit the bolt pattern. Or is there an adapter plate to a comparable jack from another brand?

Hi David!

The closest option to the Fulton F2 Jack TJ120W0301 you purchased previously is going to be the Trailer Valet Boat Jack w/ Wheel - Sidewind - Swivel - 10" Lift - 1,000 lbs # TV77ZR. I included diagrams of both mounting plates for comparison, but I did find one difference that is going to cause issues. The pilot hole inner diameter measures 2-1/8" (and 2-3/8" outer) and it looks like the Fulton measures 2-1/2" for the diameter (not sure if this is the inner or outer diameter). All the other measurements match, but that one is going to be too critical for there to be off by that much.

With that said, check the inner and outer diameter of the pilot hole on your mounting plate. I couldn't find if the measurement we list is the inner or outer diameter, and with Fulton not being around any more, I don't have a way to confirm which it is (or if it's 100% correct for that matter). If it does match, you could put the Trailer Valet on the bracket you currently have. If it doesn't though, you will need to cut off the current bracket and replace everything, unfortunately.

What kind of boat are you carrying? And where do you typically launch?
