Hey Michael, we have the Terran replacement leaf spring for 6k axles with the part # e34SR which is a 5-leaf spring that otherwise matches all of the specs you are looking for. This would be an exact match and would work really well to replace what you have! This spring was essentially designed to be a replacement for the PR5 that you are looking for which is why it all matches.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
