Will the # HP53RR Fender Fit My Trailex SUT-250 With 12" Wheels and What Mounting Brackets?

Yes, the etrailer Single Axle Trailer Fender # HP53RR is designed for 12" wheels. The fender measures 24-3/4" long x 6-3/4" wide x 6-1/2" tall. The distance from the mounting surface to the centerline of the fender is 3-1/4", and the two mounting holes are 12" apart on center.

I didn't see the other measurements you were asking for listed, so I went out to our warehouse and pulled one to measure it for you. From the center of the mounting hole straight up to the very top of the fender is 5-1/8", and from the center of the mounting hole to the top curve is right around 4". Please see the attached image I took showing those measurements.

I don't have access to the schematics and mounting dimensions for every trailer, so I can't guarantee the fit on your Trailex SUT-250 from the trailer model alone. The measurements above will give you what you need to check your clearance. Measure from your existing fender mounting location to the centerline of the tire, from that mounting location vertically to the top of the tire, and make sure you have enough room for the 24-3/4" length and 6-3/4" width of the fender. If you send me those measurements, I will be happy to compare them with the fender for you.

For mounting, you can use the Mounting Brackets # CE26062GA. These are galvanized steel, which gives them corrosion resistance for trailers that see water. If this is a boat trailer that will be used in saltwater, I would still rinse the brackets and other trailer hardware with fresh water after use to help with corrosion.

Are you using your SUT-250 to haul kayaks, a small boat, or something else?
