i am needing a hub 5x4.5 with an inner bearing lm67048 and outer bearing lm11949. the dx22xr hub is not wide enough for my spindle

Hey there!
The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # DX22XR is the only hub we carry with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern that uses an LM67048 inner bearing and LM11949 outer bearing. If the # DX22XR is not wide enough for your spindle, unfortunately we do not have a longer hub with that same bearing combination and 5 on 4-1/2" pattern.
We do also carry the Agricultural Trailer Hub Assembly # AH15450ECOMP, which uses the same LM67048 inner and LM11949 outer bearings. The catch is that this is an agricultural-style hub with a 4 on 5" bolt pattern, so it would not work with your existing 5 on 4-1/2" wheels.
If neither hub matches the dimensions of your spindle, your options would be to rebuild your original hub if it is still serviceable or replace the spindle/axle with a more common setup that gives you more replacement-hub options.
Could you send me the overall length of your existing hub along with the distance between the inner and outer bearing locations? That would help determine whether the # AH15450ECOMP could physically fit the spindle or whether an axle/spindle replacement would be the better route.

I had the same problem bu don't remember the part numbers i replaced with. If you still need help with it. Let me know if and I'll try to help you out with sharing the part numbers on the hubs and bearings i installed. Yes there's two different versions exactly as you said one of them is wider and both of them are the same bolt pattern. The difference is the bearing and race size so the wider ones makes the outer bearing sit just the half of it in the spindle's edge. If you still need help i can pull my trailers hubs and se if the numbers are still visible the i can share them with you. Just let me know.
