Does this guide have some sort of detent to keep the drawer from opening during travel?

No, they do not Brad. The RV Designer Ball Bearing Slide Set item # RD44ZR do not have locking catches or self-closing pistons. Gravity can cause the drawer to drift open while mobile or parked if unlatched.
To keep your drawer's from opening during your trips, I recommend installing the RV Designer Roller Catches w/ Prong item # RD28FR. This is a pack of two catches that can be installed on your drawers to ensure they don't open and shut when you're traveling.
