It sure does Dave! The BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover item # BAK448130 will indeed fit the 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate. This cover is designed for the 5.8' short bed that comes on the Ultimate models.

The BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover item # BAK448130 comes with clamps that grip the inside bed rails without drilling the tri fold cover is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic panels that are lightweight, strong, and dent resistant. In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
