i have a lippert 194170 flex air pin box and i want a relacement and upgrade to 21k. which pin box will work? is the 369535 a direct replacement?

Based on the part number you mentioned you have a 1621 style pin box currently so for a 21k version of the Flex Air you'd want the part # LC369535 and you'd be set.
