Hey Rick, yes the Dexter Bearing Kit for 1-1/16" to 1-3/8" Tapered Spindle # DX76ER that you referenced is the correct bearing kit for what you have since your axle is a Dexter 3,500 lb axle which is what this is designed to fit.
