What is the weight capacity of the receiver portion of this hitch. I will be mounting an Ebike rack plus two ebikes, total weight will be about100lbs. Will that be a problem?

Welcome back Sean! The 2" receiver part of the MaxxTow Ball Mount item # MT70066 does not have it's own capacity. The entire ball mount has a 500 lbs tongue weight limit.
What that means is you'll need to take the combined weight of your bike rack and E-bikes, which you said is not much at 100 lbs, and then add your trailer's tongue weight. So long as this number's under 500 lbs you'll be good. If you're not towing your trailer your bike rack has the full 500 lbs capacity.
If you find out you need a higher tongue weight capacity, I recommend the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount item # D210. It has up to a 750 lbs tongue weight capacity.
For hitch balls that fit both ball mounts, you'll need the 2" item # 40038 or the 2-51/6" item # C40007.

Hi Shawn, I've carried 2 Aventon EBikes on this hitch usng our 1UP bike rack and pulling a trailer for many many trips now and it is holding up without any issues.
