Best 3 Leaf Spring Upgrade for a 2019 Nitro Z18 TrailStar Trailer

I have a 2019 z18 Nitro bass boat that sits on a trail star trailer. It came from the factory with the single flat bar dual eye springs and one broke. I want to Beef It Up to at least a three-leaf spring and I want them to make sure I get the right thing. What do you recommend.? I believe its 25 1/2 inch center to center.

Hi Jason, I totally get wanting to beef up the suspension, especially after breaking one of the factory single leaf springs. I'd be happy to help you find a stronger replacement. The 3 Leaf Double Eye Spring, Part # EM46RB, is very likely the right direction since it fits 3,500 pound trailer axles and measures 25 1/4 inches long. If you measured your old spring at 25 1/2 inches, that's actually pretty common because worn springs tend to flatten out and stretch slightly over time.
Before I tell you to order them, I'd like to confirm your axle capacity. That's the most important piece of the puzzle since the springs need to match the axle's weight rating. If you can find the axle tag or let me know the axle capacity, I'll make sure you're getting the right spring. It also helps to measure the spring with the trailer jacked up so the axle is hanging free. That takes the weight off the spring and gives you the most accurate center to center measurement.
By the way, where do you usually fish with your Z18, and do you tend to carry a lot of tackle and gear when you head out?
