It sure is Steven. The 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter Mounting Plate for MORryde Pin Boxes item # MR37ZR is indeed compatible with the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System like item # am3200.
The Adapter Mounting Plate for MORryde Pin Boxes item # MR37ZR can either be bolted on or welded to your MORryde pin box. It's going to provide the necessary reinforcement and stability by replacing the skid plate with one designed to work with gooseneck adapters.
