The 33 inch axle spacing you mentioned is exactly what this kit is designed for, so that's a great start.
Before ordering, you will need to take a couple of quick measurements just to make sure everything matches up. Measure your current shackle straps from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the other, the shackle straps that come with this kit are 2-1/4" Long shackle links. You'll also want to compare your current equalizers to the ones in this kit, which measure 2 inches tall by 5 3/4 inches long. My measurements appear to be right on with the pic. 5 3/4, 2, and < 3. I typically pull my boat about 45 miles one way to the lake.
