Recommended 30 amp to 30 amp Extension Cable

Hi, I’m seeking to install a 30 amp outlet outside my house to power our RV when we are prepping it at home. The RV has an onboard 30amp power cable, of course, so is it possible to get an extension cable of sorts to connect it to the house? I reckon I need a total of 80-100 feet including the existing onboard 30a cable, which is…50 feet? to reach where the RV will be parked in the driveway from the planned outlet installation area. Please let me know what you recommend. Thanks!

It sure is Barry and welcome back! For a 50' long 30 amp extension, I recommend the Mighty Cord RV Extension Cord w/ Pull Handle item # A10-3050EH. This is a 10 AWG cable with 3-prong male and female plugs. You will see a slight voltage drop of around 7.5v over a 100' distance.
We also have the 25' long Mighty Cord RV Extension Cord w/ Pull Handle item # A10-3025EH if you need a shorter run of cable.
Both of these cables are rated for outdoor temperatures ranging from -30°F to 120°F. They have a helpful finger loop on the male end to make plugging and unplugging into your house receptacle easier.
Do you know what specific type of 30 amp connector you're planning on installing? I just want to make sure you don't need an additional adapter to make the connection.

Hi Jerrod, and thanks. I ended up ordering the 25-foot cable you attached in your response AND the Mighty Cord male/female adapter plug. The house outlet is a 30amp female so I think these items will work well. And if they don’t: I’m sure I’ll be exchanging something (lol). Thanks again, all the best. B
