Welcome back John. The only option I have to replace a Coleman-Mach 48204C869 15,000 btu AC unit is the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner for Coleman Setup item # FR32PV.

Your Coleman-Mach has the now obsolete 410a refrigerant in it so if you wanted to go with a replacement Coleman setup you'd need to upgrade your air distribution box and thermostat as well. The EPA changed the regulations on the refrigerant in the AC units at the beginning of 2025. They've been upgraded to R32 and none of the 410a components are compatible now with the newer systems.

The Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner item # FR32PV is a 15,000 btu AC unit that includes a custom fit wiring adapter that will plug directly into your Coleman air distribution box. You'll be able to operate the unit using your existing thermostat. It has the older refrigerant in it so this will be a simple swap out. We are down to our last few item # FR32PV and once these are gone we won't get anymore in.

Are you wanting to replace your entire AC system and all of the components? If so I would just need to know if your current AC system has a thermostat and do you have air ducts in your trailer. I'm just trying to dial in the right system for you. We've got quite a few replacement options and I understand swapping out everything to replace an older AC unit wasn't what you had in mind.

The swap was very easy the wiring adapter was a perfect fit . I didn't need bolt adapters new unit fit with existing bolts. Was never happy with Coleman could not keep up with AZ heat. My RV is a 2019 24 foot freedom Elete The furrion cools much faster. the real test will be in AZ in Sept But so far very happy . dealing with etrailer was a pleasure as always, unit delivered on time.

Replace my front Coleman, 135 and my 155 in the rear with the new furion units been on for 4 months, and they are working fine, easy to do.
