Question:

I have a Coleman Mach 15 model 48254-669. this is a 2022 model on a Entegra Odyssey 24B. This is a ducted system. Looking for replacement options. Also looking to replace the analog thermostat as well. Can you provide some options thanks Ed

Hey Edward, the Coleman Mach Everest part # CM35MR would be a really great option to replace your Coleman Mach 15 as it's very quiet, blows very cold, and also draws a lot lower amperage. Only issue is that it's not available for a couple months from now.

Instead the Furrion Chill Cube part # FR84TQ would be a great option as well. It's similar to the Everest except it's available now. This also comes with a new air box and thermostat as well. How did you like the Mach 15?

Jameson, The Mach is vary loud and with the analog thermostat it cycles on and off a lot. My coach is under a covered building on a lake lot. So not much sun hits the coach. Also had to install a saddle valve this year to recharge unit, so I must have a small freon leak in one of the coils. Will the FR84TQ Furrion fit the same cut out as the Mach 15? Says it is only a AC unit what else would i need to make it work with my duct system and what thermostat would work with it. thanks Ed

@EdwardH Yes it will fit same roof opening as the Mach as thankfully all RV AC units are designed to fit the same roof opening. The kit you'd actually want for your ducted setup would be the part # FR67TQ. This comes with the air box and thermostat setup.
