Question:
Is the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2inch Hitch Receivers compatible with the NSA Ready Brute Elite tow bar? Regular anti-rattle options dont work too well because they interfere with the brake mechanism, preventing full actuation of the brakes.

Hey Alan, this is a great question but no you can't use the etrailer anti-rattle device part # e38FV with a weight distribution system as it puts too much stress on the device. You'd want to use a device like the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch part # RM-061 which will handle that additional stress and work great but again this might interfere with the braking system of the tow bar as it would reduce movement. I doubt this is the case but is the shank of the system hollow by chance?

You can if you want but trust me you don't want to. It can be orientated to the side to avoid interfering with the NSA It loosens after a few miles and is nor worth the cost. I would just go with the traditional ubolt and plate design.
