Inverter for Powering Coffee Maker and Microwave Off-Grid in 2016 Forest River 5th Wheel

Have 2016 forest river 5th wheel installed wf-9855 55amp for lithium battery install. Looking at gp54xr inverter to plug coffee maker in off grid and would like to be able to run existing micro wave also but it is hard wired in. Plan on hard wiring plug in for coffee maker from inverter not sure if I can make micro wave work the same way. Want to install buse bar were power comes in for converter, mount inverter same place power off buse bar. Tell me if I’m thinking right want to purchase inverter inverter and buse bar.

Hey Jack! I would steer clear of the Go Power Smart Pure Sine Wave Inverter # GP54XR for this setup. This smart inverter is going to be overkill with its features, and to take advantage of that you will need additional parts which will rack up your cost.
A better choice would be the Rich Solar NOVA 2K12 2000W 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter with Built-in Transfer Switch # RS69VR. This is a more straightforward inverter, and it has a built-in transfer switch which is something else you'll want for the setup anyway.
You can run it to a dedicated outlet if you want, and it can also be used to power the microwave. Best practice would be to set up a sub-panel so you're only powering the circuits you want running off of the inverter. You could also run it to your WFCO panel and just shut off your converter to prevent a power loop, along with anything like the AC that pulls too much power when you're off grid.

To tell you the truth stay in camp grounds mostly.But when traveling or the few times we are not plugged in be able to make coffee or warm something in the microwave. Have external generator but it’s so loud. Anyway thanks for your response am still shopping around.
