Hey Lance! The Go Power PWM Solar Charge Controller # GP76QR will definitely work with your LiFePO4 batteries connected in parallel. Just make sure the BMS of the batteries you want to connect allows four of them to be hooked together (it probably does). You also want to make sure your power center is lithium compatible if you're switching from lead acid.
Are you putting together a solar system? If you need help with any other parts like the panels, wiring, connectors, or something like an inverter or transfer switch let me know.

The batteries are capable of being in parallel and I upgraded my power go panel so that I had the lithium option. Anything I need to do with it other than set it to lithium and let it run?
