Hey Steve, thanks for reaching out. The Dometic 410 RV Toilet #DMC44JF may work well in your 2020 Grand Design 320G, but unfortunately I don't have a way to verify the exact bathroom layout or factory toilet dimensions for your RV. Because of that, I recommend taking a few measurements before ordering to be sure everything clears properly.
The two key measurements are the overall footprint of the toilet and the rough-in distance. The # DMC44JF measures 17-5/8" long x 15" wide x 19-1/2" tall and requires a minimum rough-in measurement of 7-5/8". If your existing toilet area has at least those dimensions available, the Dometic will fit and function without any issues. I'd also compare the overall length of your current toilet to make sure the new bowl won't interfere with nearby cabinetry, doors, or legroom in the bathroom.

I replaced a Dometic 310 series that had cracked with the 410 in our 2022 Intech Horizon Sol. Everything worked out fine.
