Question:

Hello! I am looking to purchase a new toilet for my RV and I want to purchase the Dometic 420 platinum 9610008281 I believe is the part number. I cant seem to find this to purchase anyone only the 400 and 410 from the Dometic 400 series. DO you know if this has actually been released yet and is available to purchase from Dometic? Thank you!

Hey Jarrod, the 420 model isn't available just yet.

We haven't received a estimated release date for that Dometic model.
If you are interested in a comparable option or needing something sooner, the Dometic 410 # DMC44JF is what most of our neighbors are purchasing. The 410 and 420 will have the gravity flush with full-bowl rinse. The difference is the 420 is a larger, residential-style toilet with an elongated seat for more comfort.

What features matter most to you; seat shape, seat height, size?

Just checking in to see if you guys have gotten a release date? I am looking at the 420 as it it larger and offers a residential seat. We are a family of 6 full time living. looking at replacing my 310 as my flush ball has broken.

@Jeremy thanks for reaching out. I checked into it and as of right now Dometic still has the new 420 Series listed as “coming soon” at this point. As soon as Dometic gives us a firm release window, we’ll definitely update the site.
