If you're tired of crouching over low RV toilets, the Aqua-Magic Style II gives you the full seat height you're used to enjoying. The ceramic bowl gives you that solid, steady feel when it's time to sit, and the plastic base keeps the weight down, so it's easier to carry in and line up without a struggle. It also mounts just 9-1/2" from the wall, making it a strong match for smaller RV floorplans.
The slow-close lid won't slam shut when someone uses the toilet before sunrise. And instead of a single rinse stream, the 5-jet flush sends pressurized water across more of the bowl for a cleaner result. For extra control, you can add the optional hand sprayer (TH77UE - sold separately).
To make sure this toilet fits your RV, measure from the wall to the center of the floor flange. This rough-in measurement must be at least 9-1/2". If your current toilet is still installed, you can measure from the wall to the mounting bolts for a good estimate. Just keep in mind that an offset flange or 4-bolt setup may affect your measurement, so removing the old toilet is the best way to confirm fit before you order.

Hello neighbors, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at the Thetford Aqua-Magic Style II RV toilet. It's a standard height with a rounded bowl and a bone ceramic color. So folks, this RV toilet is gonna be perfect for the part-time RV living, it has a nice ceramic bowl so it's gonna be super easy to clean, long lasting. It has a very nice standard 17 and a half inch tall. It's gonna be pretty much the same height as your household toilets, maybe a little taller.
Most household toilets can range between around 15 to 19 inches, just depends on what you have in your house. But normally about 17, I wanna say it would be standing in the household. Now it has a nice full size rounded front, and the seat, you can swap the seat and the lid as one unit if you want to a different style. As you can see, it has what's called a slow close lid, so it's gonna quietly lower. You don't have to worry about the kids slamming against the bowl in the middle of the night when they're going to the bathroom.
That's if they use the the seat or lower it at all, right So as far as it closing, it's super simple. If you need to replace it, you can pop up these tabs, take it off, snap on the new one. Very simple design. Now as far as cleaning it out, it does have inside the bowl a cleaning jet here and flushing jet. So it's gonna spray out different angles all inside of here with these five jets with a high pressure water flow and that's gonna help clean it.
Now you can also buy separately a handheld sprayer and also a handheld riser. Those are sold separately. I wanna point out we have different colors of risers. I put the parchment color one up on here because to me it looks closest to this bone ceramic color that they have. We also sell that riser in just plain white if that fancies your boat a little better.
So again, keep in mind we have those separately. We also carry flush valve wipes and that kind of stuff as well. I'm sorry. We sell wipes and sanitizers as well separately. The flush valve inside of here is very unique in that when you flush it, you can see it curve, so it's gravity flush, but it also wipes, that black seal around there is gonna wipe this clean every time you use it. So, very nice. Again, gravity flush. The foot pedal here to flush it. A half push puts more water in the tank if you want more water, a full flush flushes it. The base folks is a lightweight polypropylene base, super durable. You have your standard two bolt installation holes that most toilets come with and you get all the mounted hardware and the gasket. Again, it's bone color. As far as some dimensions, with the lid closed, you're looking at 19 and a half inches tall from the floor up to this guy, it's a little higher than the seat. So 19 and a half tall from that to the floor, it's gonna be 20 inches deep, 15 inches wide. Now those two measurements are the same with the closed or open, but the height gets different when you open it, it jumps up to 33 and 15/16 inches tall. Now another important measurement from the center flange mounting hole to the back of the wall, you have nine and a half inches of clearance. Nice one (indistinct) folks, again, this is the Thetford Aqua-Magic Style II RV toilet. Again, standard height, it's a round bowl, bone ceramic color. Great addition to your RV if you need one, I'll try to tip this and show you a quick look at the bottom. There you go. The foot valve will not shut the flow of water off after flushing on a consistent basics. Several times the toilet continued to fill and would overflow unless we happened to notice. Our rv was flooded twice damaging the floor. I notified Thetford via email and furnished them with all information they requested and asked them to call me so we could discuss the damage to the floor. Thetford refused to call me and would only resend me the same emai. At no time did Thetford apologize for the incident.
I then called Etrailer and was told that they were sorry for my predicament but the warranty was with Thetford and there was nothing they could. I asked Etrailer if they could call Thetford on my behalf and was informed they could not.
Thetford’s warranty division is horrible and it is impossible to actually speak with a representative. I am also disappointed in Etrailer for their lack of assistance with my problem.
Easy ordering processs and certainly fast delivery!! Will be using etrailer for my Trailer needs.

This was a direct replacement for our Thetford Aqua-Magic Residence toilet. All measurements and inlet placement were the same so no problems with the switch. Old toilet was all plastic and for a modest weight gain, the new ceramic bowl seems so much more resistant to stains and odor retention. New toilet seems to have more pressure in the water jets than the old, but that might be age of the old one. Soft Close seat is a nice improvement as well

Bought this upgrade toilet specifically because my OEM toilet wouldn't fit a bidet attachment. So, I ordered this toilet, a Clean Camper RV bidet, and shutoff valve at the same time. Toilet bolted directly to the existing mounting location. It flushes effectively and the ceramic bowl is easy to sanitize. The color is aesthetically important, as it stays looking clean longer. After a few weeks, the slow-close feature of the lid stopped working, and I admit I have not searched to see if there's possibly an adjustment for that. Overall very happy with the purchase.

I am very sorry to hear that, John. Do you have any of the emails or anything you sent Thetford? Or happen to know who you talked to and when? I am going to see if I can get something done for you as this is not how this should have gone down. Yes, Thetford handles everything like this and does not allow us to, but it sounds to me like they didn't handle it at all.
