What B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box Do I Need For A KZ D326RLT?

Question:
Greetings, my truck, a 2024 GMC 2500 AT4 HD with the 6.6 L5P, is setup with the goose neck option. I am looking at purchasing a KZ D326RLT, in a few weeks. Which of the BandW fifth wheel to gooseneck adaptors would I need to order? I am not yet aware of the Lippert type of frame. I would like to get the right one ordered to have it available to swap out when the trailer arrives. Thank you.

Hey Donald, thanks for reaching out. We will definitely have a gooseneck pin box for you, but they aren't make and model specific, so there is no way to look up the camper and know exactly which one you'll need. Specifically, we need to determine what pin box size/bolt pattern the camper was equipped with from the factory. The dealership might be able to tell you, otherwise, the only way to figure that out is by looking at the pin box and finding the sticker on the side. Every camper will have a sticker up on the side of the pin box that shows the model number and serial number. I can use those numbers to figure out exactly which pin box you have.
For example, the B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # BW73RV you were looking at replaces the Lippert 1621/1621HD pin boxes. The 1621 is quite common but we definitely need to nail down exactly what pin box you have before you order.
If you can get the dealership to send you that pin box model number and serial number, feel free to send that over to me and I'm happy to look into it and make sure you get the right thing.
