The Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 2" Hitches - Matte Black # ERT00108 is the right fit for the 2" hitch receiver on your 2019 Ford F-250, but you'll want to confirm a measurement for your setup.

The mudflaps will work with a B&W ball mount such as both B&W Tow & Stow Pintle Hook with 2" and 2-5/16" Balls - 2" Hitch - 10K/16K # BW67BR or B&W Heavy-Duty Ball Mount - 1" Rise, 2" Drop - 8-1/2" Long - 16,000 lbs # BWBMHD30010, but you'll want to ensure that the clearance between the opening of your hitch receiver and the face of your ball mount is at least 1" for the Rock Tamers to fit properly in your receiver.

These mudflaps are expandable from 67-1/4" up to 96-3/4" wide, can be adjusted vertically, and are able to be trimmed to the exact specs for your truck's clearance height.
