Does this kit also come with the mounting bolts and washers? If not, what are the size of the bolts that are needed to mount this unit?

Lippert Kwikee 38 Series Electric Step # LC3723383 comes with the motor, control unit, pigtail, and switch kit. The steps do not include the mounting bolts or washers. Lippert also does not provide a specific bolt size since the hardware requirements can vary by RV frame design.
The step assembly uses a 22" x 8" mounting bolt pattern, so you'll want to reuse your existing hardware if possible or select Grade 5 or Grade 8 hardware sized to fit your RV's mounting brackets and frame.
