Hey Matt, thanks for reaching out. Sounds like you are on the right track here. The Thule WingBar Edge Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # TH38WG will indeed fit your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee. That setup will work great for carrying the Thule Motion 3 Rooftop Cargo Box # TH77PN.
Then if you want to add matching locks to the entire setup, you can use the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400. This comes with 4 locks so you can lock each crossbar, then add locks to each side of the cargo box so they all use the same key.
What will you be carrying in the cargo box?
