Thanks for the pictures, Donny. I didn't see a measurement for the outer bearing but I think we can still put this together based on everything else.
It looks like that spindle has a 2.25" ID grease seal with a 1.75" ID inner bearing. Between that, the 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern, and the 12" drum you can use the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K.
That just leaves the brakes that fit that 5-bolt brake flange. The Dexter Electric Trailer Brakes # 23-112-113 are designed to fit a 12" x 2" drum and are parking brake ready so you can hook up the existing lever and cables.
If the parking brake cables or hardware also need to be replaced, the # T2385201 includes a 136" rear cable and related hardware, but I would compare it to the cable length on that trailer before confirming it as a replacement.

my brakes were easy to install and have performed excellent. Our first trip to florida and back was excellent. I recommend highly
