Congrats on the new 5th wheel Trailer Jeff! To convert your 2026 Alliance Valor 37v11 to disc brakes you'll need the following parts:
2 Sets - Kodiak Disc Brakes item # KOD69VR
1 - Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Kit for Disc Brakes item # HBA16-252-82
The Kodiak Disc Brakes item # KOD69VR is going to be the best option for both quality and longevity. There is a E-coat finish applied to the calipers and brackets that protects them against rust and corrosion. The hubs have an oil bath system that will do a superior job of lubricating the bearings compared to grease. The oil flows freely which keeps the bearings cooler and does a better job of reducing friction. Plus you can visually look at the levels through the clear caps.
The Kodiak Disc Brakes item # KOD69VR comes with all the brackets, mounting hardware, rotors, calipers, and pads you'll need to convert one axles worth of hubs over to disc brakes. They have 9/16" lug studs and work with 17-1/2" wheels.
The Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator Kit for Disc Brakes item # HBA16-252-82 includes all the brakes lines, fittings, breakaway kit, and actuator you'll need to operate your new brakes. The main brake line is 25' long, which is definitely what you'll need for your 2026 Alliance Valor 37v11.
Please note that the Actuator included with the item # HBA16-252-82 kit does require your brake controller to have an Electric Over Hydraulic setting. It is compatible with factory brake controllers.
