Hey David, welcome back! The SeeLeveL II RV Holding Tank Monitor item # SE74RR has momentary switches on the tank selection and battery buttons. However, the water pump switch is an alternate-action toggle, rather than momentary.

It sounds like you need the SeeLeveL RV Holding Tank Monitor item # SE34VR. This monitor has all momentary switches. When you press and release one of the buttons, it powers the LED display for that tank for about 5 seconds to show the levels in percent. If you want to continuously monitor a tank, like when you're filling or draining, you can press and release the same button twice, which places it into a hold mode for 5 minutes.
