Yes it will Ray,
The Pollak 6-Pole trailer wiring socket # PK11608 has mounting holes that are 2 3/4" apart, that's a direct fit to the Blue Ox Base Plate # BX1139 .
These are nice because the metal body is more resistant to wear and tear, longer lasting. Also I added a pic for visual, thanks for reaching out!

Hello I have it on a Roadmaster baseplate and it fitted well on that.
