Congrats on the new motorhome Gary! The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs item # SSF-106-47 are going to be the correct ones for your 2026 Thor Vegas on Ford E450 chassis. These have a 1,000 lbs capacity and will really help with bumps and that top heavy swaying feeling.
Are you interested in any suspension support for the rear? What kind of issues are you running into that has you installing some front support?

Along with the sway bar and spring is a big improvement on my E450

The ones Gary recommended are the right ones. I put them on my 2025 BTCruiser (2024 chassis) and at the same time put ones on the rear. Noticeably better ride, reduced roll. The fronts are a piece of cake to install, the rears a bit more work but still not bad. On mine there were a bunch of wires and cables in the way of getting to the bolts. These or similar should be put on my the chassis during the build.

I installed the front SumoSprings on our (new to us) 2022 Nexus Viper25 (E450) along with new swaybars and the Custom Helper SumoSprings for the rear axel. We just went on our maiden camping trip in March. We drove 300+ miles west on I-80 with a 45+ southern wind. I'm happy to say all six tires never left the roadway and we were doing 70+ mph. I don't see how anyone dares to drive a Class C without upgrading the suspension. The upgrades helped to avoid what should have been a real white knuckle ride.

I installed the 1000 lb sumo springs on the front plus Fox2.5 heavy shocks and Hellwig adjustable booster springs on the rear which beefed up the suspension front and rear. Made an incredible difference. 95% better driving and maneuvering ability is wind, in and out of parking areas ( uneven transitions) plus a lot more. Good Luck!

These spring helpers are awesome. The fronts are very easy to install. They reduce roll and pitch tendencies a great deal. However, I would highly recommend installing the rear set at the same time. I did fronts only initially and it helped. But adding the rears made the drive a lot more stable and eliminated the "boat" feeling. While more expensive and harder to install, the difference is well worth the extra time and money. Good luck!
