Excellent addition to my generator. Easy to install and makes the generator much more useful in our RV. We can now leave the RV with our dog inside and if the power goes out the generator will start to keep the RV cool.

Haven’t tested it on a camping trip year but tested multiple times and so far has worked flawlessly. Primary reason for this addition. Was to protect our pets in RV if we’re gone for an extended period and the campsite power fails.
Installation was a breeze and setup was simple enough. Would like to see two feature upgrades. One would be the addition of a Wi-Fi module to monitor or start the generator from anywhere and the second would be an AC power failure input.

Easy to hook up. Works great. I know it says doesn’t work with Lithium batteries but I haven’t had a problem you can just adjust the voltage of when you want your generator to start back up to charge. As for hooking it up YouTube has some great videos to watch.

Pro review very easy to install. 4 plugs to hook up, positive and negative terminal to battery. Cons: unit only can be controlled by your phone app looks good, but keeps disconnecting from wifi. Could not get it to stay connected and work. Cummins were no help. Had 30 year cummins tech install with me. He advised problem with main console. You have to be within range of the generator to operate with phone. Probably a good idea, but bad design with the bluetooth operatoon. Would not purchase again.

Sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with this product. As you mentioned, you do have to be within range (approximately 30') to be able to operate your generator with the connected phone.
