Will a soft start such as the SoftStartRV reduce the startup power requirement for this air conditioner?

Hey Ken, the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner Unit for Furrion Setup - 13,500 Btu - White # FR26PR has a built-in capacitor to make startup easier, therefore it won't benefit from having an additional soft start added. It's already in there and ready to go!
Do you already have this ac unit or are you just browsing? Keep in mind it's just the unit itself and on the whole system. And it's the older refrigerant style R410A. Now days all the new units/systems use the modern refrigerant which is called R32.
If you need a complete system, the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 13,500 Btu - White - R32 # FR35TD is a nice setup which includes everything you would need for installation. Let me know what you're trying to do and I'll help you out! Are you on limited off-grid power?

I don't know about soft start as the unit I bought said it did not have a "soft start" feature but the video about the unit on your web page does; The man in the presentation says soft start. However, the unit worked out well and was very east to install myself. Just needed a friend to help pull the old one down from the roof and hoisted the new one up. 4 bolts hold it down and 2 plug-ins and reuse the the sensor off the old unit and it was done and running. That's it for now. Thx

The unit that I have works like a charm! Max draw is 18 amps so I don’t worry about a soft start kit. Airstream built in a switch that only allows you to use the microwave or the HV/AC at a time I have a 1993 B-190 Airstream B Van Motorhome
