Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look together at this SmartPlug RV or Marine Data Port Inlet. Now if you use SmartPlug to power your ride, then this data port is going to match your setup while giving you the same weatherproof protection. The unique combination of a blank and open port is going to let you customize your connectivity setup. This data port inlet does come with one blank insert and one open port so you can customize your RV or boats connectivity options.
This is going to be compatible with HDMI, coaxial, ethernet, USB and USBC snap-in connectors, and those connectors are sold separately. Now this is going to install in a standard size cutout and it does seal with this included adhesive back foam mounting gasket. So that's great because you're not gonna have to worry about messy caulking. This is going to install with your existing screws, so this does not include any installation hardware of any kind. And then the foam gasket inside of this lid is going to give you a great waterproof seal when you have this closed.
This is made here in the USA of UV resistant IP56 rated materials that are gonna hold up great in extreme climates or out in the water. Now obviously, this comes in black, that's what we have here, but we do also carry this in gray. So if you are interested in having the gray option over the black option, on your screen, I am including the model number for the gray one. You can just take that model number, pop it in the search field of our website. That will take you to the gray one, and you can add that to your order over this black one.
But everything as you can see will be exactly the same. Instructions are also included to guide you through the really easy installation process. And I think that's gonna wrap up our real quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy.
Thank you for joining me.

Great product!
This is a very solidly built inlet that looks and feels rugged and waterproof.
Got my order quick thanks
Works great and looks great on our motor home.
Nice plug for Starling with the cat 6 adaptor. works great with gen 3 starlink.
Looks good and easy to install. For the price, they could have included a choice of jack and mounting hardware. But hopefully they charge so much because you won't need to be repeat customer do to failure.
Works great! Makes Starlink easy to us e.
Perfect way to run the starlink cable into the trailer.
I added a SmartPlug to my Aliner Expedition camper to provide off-grid power for my Starlink Mini. It all works great, although the separate Keystone DC 5521 female connector needed for the 50" Starlink Mini cable was only available through another seller.
The port is assumed to be replacing an existing something, and doesn't include screws or instructions that would be helpful when installing it new. Also it relies on a foam gasket that will eventually fail to seal because of shrinkage and would be difficult to seal using a proper sealant.
I no longer have my StarLink cable running through my open RV window, so the cold/heat doesn't put demand on my batteries. This works great!
Exactly what I wanted. I had an existing cable TV connection port which was not in use. The Smartplug fit nicely in the existing hole so all I needed to do was drill 4 pilot holes for the screws and screw it to my RV. Bought power and ethernet keystone connectors and up in running quickly.
