Hello Allen, thanks for reaching out. That TowSmart 4-Way Flat to 4-Way Flat Trailer Wiring Harness Extension # TS88QR uses 18-gauge bonded wire across all four circuits.
That’s pretty standard for 4-flat trailer wiring, because those circuits are only running lights, not heavy loads. It’s more than enough for brake lights, turn signals, and taillights, and you’ll see that same 18-ga spec on most pre-made 4-flat harnesses and extensions.
