Question:
Currently have UFP HD1377 hubs on my trailer. The brakes are completely shot. Looking into possibly going all electric. would 2 AKHD-545-35-K and 1 DX83WR work to replace the existing? What information can I provide to ensure correct parts? Thanks Ron

Hey Ron, we have what you are looking for as basically what you listed indicates you have a 3,500 lb trailer axle so what you would need is the hub/drum part # AKHD-545-35-K that you referenced and a 3,500 lb axle brake assembly set part # AKEBRK-35-SA and you'd have the components to convert to electric brakes. Be sure to use 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 when wiring up the assemblies to ensure they can get enough amperage.
