Pull-down spout on this kitchen faucet rinses that tough food residue off your plates and then self-retracts with the adjustable hose weight. You can rotate the spout around 360 degrees and fill a glass or pot from any angle of your island counter.

Pull the spout down so you can easily tackle that food caked onto your plates or rinse the sides of the sink from any angle. Toggle between the stream and spray options depending on how much pressure you need or how long that food has been sitting there. When you're done using it, the spout self-retracts with a hose weight that can be adjusted anywhere along the spray hose.
To install, use the inlet shanks and drop the new faucet and deck plate in place of your existing faucet. Then tighten the mounting nuts onto the shanks and against the underside of the counter. Finally, thread the pull-down head's hose onto the faucet's center inlet, and connect the braided hot and cold water lines. You'll need to keep some tub and tile caulk (not included) on hand to help prevent any leaking.

Replaced our horse trailer living quarters faucet. This was exactly what we needed. Easy install other than I had to drill the middle hole for the pull down hose. Our old one did not have a pull down faucet. Very easy to do. Delivery was fast with good communication.

Item was received 3 days after being ordered. From removal of old faucet new faucet it took about 2 hours to install, because a hole had to be cut in the counter top for the pull-down spout hose. This also includes cleanup. DW is impressed and waiting to use on our next trip.
The hot and cold-water handles squeak loudly when turned on and off. This is very annoying.

That is not a pleasant sound to hear, especially in the morning. I did some digging into this and you would have to remove the handles and apply some petroleum jelly or plumber's grease to the threads.

I’m impressed with not only the lightning fast shipping but the Empire faucet as well! I received the product today and the install was simple and easy. After ordering the product a few days ago, I received an email, later that same day, indicating the faucet had shipped! When has the ever happened….same day shipping? I haven’t run any water through it yet, will do so in a day or two and have no doubt it will work fine!

Sprinkler feature did not work properly. There were a few small plastic shaving inside the faucet head, this caused the sprinkler to not work. removed and cleaned the head faucet works
