Pull-down spout on this kitchen faucet rinses that tough food residue off your plates and then self-retracts with the adjustable hose weight. You can rotate the spout around 360 degrees and fill a glass or pot from any angle of your island counter.

Pull the spout down so you can easily tackle that food caked onto your plates or rinse the sides of the sink from any angle. Toggle between the stream and spray options depending on how much pressure you need or how long that food has been sitting there. When you're done using it, the spout self-retracts with a hose weight that can be adjusted anywhere along the spray hose.
To install, use the inlet shanks and drop the new faucet and deck plate in place of your existing faucet. Then tighten the mounting nuts onto the shanks and against the underside of the counter. Finally, thread the pull-down head's hose onto the faucet's center inlet, and connect the braided hot and cold water lines. You'll need to keep some tub and tile caulk (not included) on hand to help prevent any leaking.

The original faucet lasted 6yrs which I thought was pretty good.
I purchased the same brand and design for the replacement. I installed it myself which took longer than should have due to not having the right tools handy. Hopefully this one will last just as long as the last one. I wasnt expecting the package till the evening. It arrive before noon. I will purchase from etrailer again. The one thing i did not like so much was the shipping cost. If [online] would have had the same product i would have ordered from them as i am a prime member.
it's ok .I put it in .and found out the unit leaks .but I don't have time to send it back
In a word, concerned. The ordering process was plenty fine. The package came in extremely damaged. The contents were unwrapped so it seems more of a used returned item sold. Appearance of product looks okay though, so will try to install. Hope all goes well.
We ar so much happier with this replacement faucet. The installer did not want the original one. Poor choice of product by manufacturer. Thanks

This is an inexpensive and nice faucet. This is the third one we have replaced due to the parts being plastic. But it's a better faucet than the one from the factory. Customer service is always excellent at etrailer!

Yes, the plastic is lighter for use in RVs but it can be damaged faster than regular metal faucets.
Easy install and seems to work fine. Time will tell.
The installation was easy. I watched the etrailer install video and it made the installation a breeze. Variety of Parts to choose from and the help make etrailer a easy. Choice.

I’m impressed with not only the lightning fast shipping but the Empire faucet as well! I received the product today and the install was simple and easy. That is not a pleasant sound to hear, especially in the morning. I did some digging into this and you would have to remove the handles and apply some petroleum jelly or plumber's grease to the threads.

Still squeaky, but works fine.
Item was received 3 days after being ordered. From removal of old faucet new faucet it took about 2 hours to install, because a hole had to be cut in the counter top for the pull-down spout hose. This also includes cleanup. DW is impressed and waiting to use on our next trip.

Sprinkler feature did not work properly. There were a few small plastic shaving inside the faucet head, this caused the sprinkler to not work. removed and cleaned the head faucet works

Great kitchen faucet for our RV trailer.
I was hoping this faucet would work better and be of better quality of other RV faucets I have seen. It is pretty much the same. The biggest disappointment is the spray function. The rubber switch on the faucet head is flimsy and likes to try to come off. The spray function action itself is non-existent. Even when I increased the water pressure coming into the trailer. The good news is, that after a year, it hasn’t leaked or broken.
